What are the categories of high-density alloy products?
High-density alloy products are mainly divided into the following categories:
1. Tungsten-based high-density alloy: with tungsten as the main component, it has extremely high density and hardness, and is often used in counterweights, electrodes, radiation shielding and other fields.
2. Molybdenum-based high-density alloy: with a high molybdenum content, it has good high-temperature performance and wear resistance, and is often used in parts in high-temperature environments such as aerospace and electronics.
3. Nickel-based high-density alloy: nickel is one of the main components, with good corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength, and is often used in parts in corrosive environments such as chemical and marine.
4. Iron-based high-density alloy: the cost is relatively low, and it is used in some occasions where the performance requirements are not particularly high but a higher specific gravity is required.
These classifications will differ in specific component ratios, performance characteristics and application scenarios.
