Our Custom Non-Standard Tungsten Copper Alloy Rings are high-density, precision-machined cylindrical components designed for extreme thermal, electrical, and mechanical environments. Produced via advanced powder metallurgy (isostatic pressing, high-temperature sintering, and vacuum copper infiltration), these rings integrate the high heat hardness, low thermal expansion, and arc erosion resistance of tungsten with the exceptional electrical and thermal conductivity of copper.
Engineered to exact customer dimensions and drawings, these custom rings and bushings deliver outstanding concentricity, tight wall-thickness tolerances, and smooth surface finishes for seam welding wheels, high-voltage arc contacts, EDM rotary electrodes, and wear-resistant guide sleeves.
