Our Custom Non-Standard W75Cu25 Tungsten Copper Round Bars and Discs are precision-engineered to meet specialized customer dimensions, drawings, and high-stress application requirements. Manufactured through advanced powder metallurgy (pressing, high-temperature vacuum sintering, and copper infiltration), the W75Cu25 alloy (75% Tungsten, 25% Copper) offers high density, superior thermal arc resistance, and exceptional mechanical hardness coupled with high electrical conductivity.
These custom-machined short round bars and thick discs feature a fine surface finish, uniform microstructure, and precise dimensional control, making them ideal for EDM sparking electrodes, heat dissipation substrates, high-voltage arcing contacts, and resistance welding tooling.

1. Material ezin hobea lor dezakezu zure eskakizunaren arabera ahalik eta prezio txikienean.
2. Reworks, FOB, CFR, CIF eta atez ateko bidalketa prezioak ere eskaintzen ditugu. Nahiko ekonomikoa izango den bidalketa egiteko tratua egitea gomendatzen dizugu.
