Our 93WNiFe (W-Ni-Fe) Tungsten Alloy Rod is a high-density, high-strength material produced through advanced isostatic pressing and high-temperature liquid-phase sintering. Consisting of 93% Tungsten balanced with Nickel and Iron, this alloy offers the perfect synergy of extreme density and excellent mechanical ductility.
The 650mm extra-long specification represents our peak manufacturing capability. Producing tungsten rods of this length requires rigorous control over straightness and internal density uniformity, ensuring a premium material that minimizes waste during large-scale machining.

Exceptional 650mm Length: Ideal for long-reach boring bars, large-scale counterweights, and structural components, reducing the need for splicing and improving material integrity.
High Density ($17.55 - 17.75 \text{ g/cm}^3$): Provides maximum mass in minimal space—ideal for balancing and radiation shielding.
Superior Machinability: Unlike pure tungsten, the Ni-Fe binder phase allows this alloy to be easily turned, milled, drilled, and tapped using standard tooling.
Excellent Radiation Shielding: Offers 30-40% higher absorption of X-rays and $\gamma$-rays than lead, while remaining non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
High Tensile Strength: With a tensile strength of $\ge 850 \text{ MPa}$, it withstands high-stress environments without deformation.
Precision Straightness: Every 650mm rod undergoes specialized straightening processes to ensure low radial runout for high-speed CNC machining.

Aerospace & Defense: Gyroscope rotors, kinetic energy penetrators, and static/dynamic counterweights for aircraft control surfaces.
Medical Technology: Multi-leaf collimators (MLC), isotope containers, and radiation therapy shielding components.
Industrial Tooling: High-rigidity anti-vibration boring bars and tool holders for precision machining.
Oil & Gas: Downhole logging tool weights and shielding for well-logging equipment.
We implement strict quality control protocols for every batch. Our 650mm rods are 100% Ultrasonically Tested (UT) to ensure they are free from internal porosity, cracks, or inclusions. We provide full Material Test Reports (MTR) including chemical analysis and physical property certification.

Tungsten heavy alloys are mainly applied in aerospace industry, damping devices, conventional weapons, radiation shielding devices and parts;
They are also used for die mold in machinery manufacturing, flywheel and automatic watch pendulum;
They're also adopted in electrical equipment contacts and electrodes, etc.
